This promo card was given to the visitors of the gameplay festival in Vienna in 2008. It's the first additional card for the German edition of Dominion. The English edition was distributed by The BGG Store itself, along with the Black Market Promo Card, beginning in March 2009.
The German edition can be ordered at Hans im Glück-Verlag.
